Our free in-home consultation typically takes 30-45 minutes. During this time, our expert will measure your windows, show you product samples, discuss your needs and preferences, and provide you with a detailed quote on the spot. There's no obligation to purchase.
Do you really offer free installation?
Yes! Professional installation is completely FREE with your purchase. Our certified installers will ensure your blinds are perfectly fitted and functioning properly. This includes removing old window coverings and cleaning up after installation.
What is your warranty coverage?
All our products come with a comprehensive 3-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, mechanisms, and materials. This warranty is transferable to new homeowners, adding value to your property. Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse is not covered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment is typically due 50% upon order confirmation and 50% upon completion of installation.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Absolutely! During your free consultation, we bring a complete range of samples including different materials, colors, and styles. You can see and feel the quality, test the mechanisms, and see how different options look in your actual lighting conditions.
How long does it take from order to installation?
Most orders are custom manufactured and installed within 7-10 business days. For motorized or specialty products, it may take 10-14 days. We'll provide you with a specific timeline during your consultation and keep you updated throughout the process.

The cost of blinds varies depending on the type, material, size, and features you choose.
