Condo installs are half our Toronto work, and the paperwork matters as much as the blinds. The house side of the city is completely different work. Victorians and Edwardians in Riverdale, Leslieville, the Annex and High Park have tall, narrow openings that were framed by hand, and almost none of them are square. We measure each window at three heights, mount inside the frame wherever the original trim deserves to stay visible, and never drill century-old wood where a bracket relocation would do.
