Practically speaking, yes. Aurora's Bayview-side homes keep handing us two-storey landing glass, and a motor turns an unreachable window into a button press. We install from scaffolding, group the high units onto one remote or app, and the days of pretending that window does not exist are over.

Not with battery motors, which is what we fit in most of Aurora's older homes. The battery lives inside the tube, charges a couple of times a year, and no wiring ever touches hundred-year-old plaster. Hard-wired remains an option for renovations already opening walls, but nobody cuts plaster just for a blind.

They run the house on your schedule instead of your presence. Morning scenes open the east rooms before you wake, afternoon scenes close the west side against sun and prying eyes, evening scenes settle everything at dusk. Aurora commuters are heavy scene users, and we set the schedules up during installation.

The demo is part of the consultation. We bring a working motorized sample, run it from the remote and the app, let you hear the actual sound level, and answer the practical questions on the spot. The itemized quote follows in the same visit, and nothing obliges you afterwards.

It gets fixed under the same 3-year warranty that covers the fabric. Motors are the component people worry about and the one we stand behind explicitly, alongside the mechanisms and mounts. Service calls in Aurora ride our regular York Region runs, so a warranty visit books about as fast as a measurement.

Two to three days to the measurement and demo. Production is custom and takes 2-3 weeks, occasionally the full three for large motor groups. Installation, pairing and scene setup happen in one visit, scaffolding included where the glass demands it. Payment lands at completion and financing is not part of our model.
