A King West loft with 12-foot exposed-concrete ceilings needs a different mounting approach than a Riverdale Victorian with 130-year-old window casings that were never square to begin with. Our installers work in the city every week and have learned both the hard way.
Condo work is half of what we do downtown. Most buildings along the waterfront and in CityPlace require board approval for anything visible from outside, and many limit installs to weekday hours with elevator bookings. Tell us your building and we'll usually know its rules already — we've worked in hundreds of them. For drapery & curtains, we bring samples that match the building-standard exterior colour where one is required.
Measurement appointments in Toronto book 3-4 days out, sooner in midtown and the east end. Parking is on us. Production takes 2-3 weeks because everything is cut to your exact frames, and the install itself runs 2-3 hours for a typical home or condo — longer for whole-floor glass.
We are in Toronto most weeks, often on the way to jobs in Burlington or Milton. If you want a price, the form takes a minute and the visit costs nothing.
