Whitby gives us three distinct areas: the heritage streets around the old downtown four corners, the family subdivisions that fill the middle of town, and Brooklin in the north, which has grown from village to full suburb in fifteen years. Brooklin new builds are now the biggest slice of our Whitby work.
Downtown Whitby's older homes have the deep sills and out-of-square frames that make or break an install. We measure every opening at three points because a drapery & curtains order cut to a single width will bind in a 120-year-old frame. That is also why we never quote from photos.
Whitby measurements book within about 3 days, with evening slots for commuters. Custom production runs 2-3 weeks and the typical install is 2-3 hours, a bit longer for whole-house Brooklin orders.
