Our free in-home consultation typically takes 30-45 minutes. During this time, our expert will measure your windows, show you product samples, discuss your needs and preferences, and provide you with a detailed quote on the spot. There's no obligation to purchase.
Do you really offer free installation?
Yes! Professional installation is completely FREE with your purchase. Our certified installers will ensure your blinds are perfectly fitted and functioning properly. This includes removing old window coverings and cleaning up after installation.
What is your warranty coverage?
All our products come with a comprehensive lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects, mechanisms, and materials. This warranty is transferable to new homeowners, adding value to your property. Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse is not covered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment is typically due 50% upon order confirmation and 50% upon completion of installation.
