Caledon is mostly rural, and rural windows are big. Bolton carries the volume for us with its subdivisions and older village core, but the estate and farm properties across the rest of the town bring the interesting work: great rooms facing open fields, no neighbours for a kilometre, and wind with nothing to slow it down.
Exposed sites change the spec. On open Caledon properties we fit motorized blinds with heavier brackets and side channels where the exposure calls for it, because a blind that rattles every windy night gets hated fast. Heat is the other constant: unshaded country glass cooks a room in July.
Caledon measurements book within 3-4 days and we plan routes so appointment times hold despite the distances. Production takes 2-3 weeks. Estate installs sometimes need a full day; typical Bolton homes take 2-3 hours.
We are in Bolton most weeks, often on the way to jobs in Georgetown or King City. If you want a price, the form takes a minute and the visit costs nothing.
