Kitchener-Waterloo mixes three markets we rarely see together elsewhere: century brick homes in neighbourhoods like the East Ward and Mary-Allen, new condo towers going up around downtown Kitchener and the LRT line, and a steady stream of investor-owned student properties near the two universities.
The condo and tech crowd leans hard toward automation, and Waterloo is one of our strongest cities for motorized upgrades. The century-home owners want the opposite: roller blinds that disappears into original trim without new holes in hundred-year-old wood. We do both jobs weekly and bring different hardware cases for each.
KW measurements book within 3-4 days since we schedule the corridor in clusters. Quotes are given on site, production takes 2-3 weeks, and installs run 2-3 hours for most homes.
We are in Downtown Kitchener most weeks, often on the way to jobs in London or Brantford. If you want a price, the form takes a minute and the visit costs nothing.
